    All our Wednesday night activities return on September 13th! We have great chances for all ages to grow in their faith.  September 13th starts off at 5 pm with dinner.  You can make reservations for church dinner by contacting the church office by Tuesday at noon.  Every Wednesday night at 6 pm we have a Bible study for all lead by Pastor Derald and we have Youth Small Groups, Women’s Bible study, and AWANA’s for kids. Where are you going to plug in on Wednesday nights?

    Easter is almost here! Join us Sunday, April 9th as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus here at FFBC. We will be having 2 services, a Traditional service at 8:30, and a Contemporary service at 11. There will also be a Church Family Breakfast during the Bible Study hour at 9:45. Make sure you sign up in the Connection Center so we can get an accurate count! Invite your friends and family for the celebration! JESUS IS ALIVE!

    Parents’ Night Out is coming back February 17! If you are looking for an extra date night for Valentines Day, or even if you just need a kid free evening to get caught up on laundry, bring the kids by for a fun night with friends! The cost is $5/kid, and the elementary kids get to go swimming at Bridgeton Rec. Sign up in the Connection Center, and email Kathy if you have any questions.

    Friday, December 9th is Parents Night Out right here at Fee Fee from 5-9 PM. Sign your kiddos up ages 2 years – 5th grade for a fun night with friends and Christmas shopping, plus a pizza dinner! Deadline to sign up is Sunday, December 4th in the Connection Center. Cost is $5/child. We are looking forward to a frosty fun night!

    Our first Sunday Night Connection is November 6 at 5:00 p.m. We will have a cornhole tournament but you will need to sign up your 2-person team in the Connection Center.  If you don’t want to participate in the tournament, just bring your lawn chair and sit around the firepit while making some new friends or connecting with old ones while enjoying hot dogs, hot chocolate, and smore’s! We will be in the courtyard and top part of the church parking lot for the evening.  Sign up in the Connection Center – you don’t want to miss this!

    We are so excited for another year of AWANA! Club will begin this year on Wednesday, September 14.  We will meet from 6:00 – 7:30 pm to explore the Bible and have game time.  Our first meeting this year will be part of the church’s Impact Week and we will do a special project that will reach out into our community.  Parents are invited to participate. That night the AWANA project will be to have a baby shower and bring items for THRIVE, a family ministry organization for new moms.  Plan to bring baby items for that baby shower.  Other groups will be doing projects as well.

    New this year we would like to have our parents more involved and are asking that each parent plan to stay with us until 6:15 to help with and listen to the Bible verses for one of the clubbers, not your child.  They should have their books and there is a place for you to initial when they complete the verse(s) successfully.  We have found that having a one-on-one touch really helps most of the children. This part will begin on September 21. If you are willing to help for the entire session, please see Kathy Scott for information. We could certainly use extra hands to assist with the children learning scripture.

    On Wednesday, March 23, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the Family Life Center we will be having a Family Game Night! We will play big games in the gym and also have table games available.  Bring your own games to play and a snack to share.  There will be no AWANAs that night.

    On Saturday, March 26th from 10 AM till 2:30 PM we have an opportunity to volunteer at Joni and Friends 2nd Annual Walk n Roll. This event raises disability ministry awareness and needed ministry funding. Joni and Friends have been providing hope and help to those who are disabled for decades now. We are going to volunteer at this event by helping with set up, clean up, and serving lunch. There is no age limit to serve so kids are welcome to serve with their parents. Sign up to serve in the Connection Center at church or by contacting Andrew.
