n the month of February, your senior adult group served 2 local places. We collected items for our neighbors at the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. Thank you church for your generosity! We also met on Feb. 12 and made and delivered Valentines for Bentley’s, a local assisted living home. It was a nice connection as we spoke with people there.

Monday, March 9 we are travelling east on Route 66 to see the largest catsup bottle in America in Collinsville IL and a small historic town of Hamel IL for historic Wayside Marker and lunch at Weezy’s. On March 26 (NOT March 30 as was previously printed) we are taking a trip to Perryville MO to see the Missouri National Veterans Memorial. Other potential outings may include: Katy Trail trolley tour and Warm Springs Ranch (Clydesdales) in Boonville. In September, we are planning a 5-day trip to Gatlinburg TN for Jubilee Celebration.

Your Senior group is going and growing! If you haven’t participated in any event with this group, it’s time for you to check this out; and, of course, bring a friend. We always want to be in the business of inviting friends to be part of this great fellowship at Fee Fee Baptist Church! If cost is the only reason you don’t attend, please see me.

Watch for more details on all of these events. You will find information and signup sheets in the café so we know how many to plan on. I look forward to serving with you!
