February will be project month for our church sponsored by our senior adults. I hope you will come join us for these two ministry opportunities in our community.
The month of February we will be collecting items for our neighbor, the Missouri Baptist Children’s Home. This is a WHITE OUT SHOWER. Bring white items to support the work of MBCH. Here is the list: paper towels, dinner napkins, facial tissue, toilet tissue, cotton balls, Q-tips, kitchen linens/bath linens, sheets and pillowcases (twin size), and laundry detergent. Please bring items to the church collection area by
Feb. 22. The senior adults will deliver them that week. Thank you for your generous giving.
Feb. 12 we will make valentines for a local senior living place starting at 10am. Come and help us minister to those like us! We will provide the craft supplies to make the valentines. Then we will eat lunch together. Please sign up in the café so we know how much lunch to provide. There is no cost for this lunch.
Watch for info for a couple of upcoming events in March (trips include lunch stop): Route 66 on March 9; trip to Perryville (Missouri National Veterans Memorial)
March 30. Other potential outings include: Katy Trail trolley tour and Warm Springs Ranch (Clydesdales) in Boonville. In September, we are planning a five day trip to Gatlinburg TN for Jubilee Celebration.
If you haven’t participated in any event with this group, it’s time for you to check it out; and, of course, bring a friend. We always want to be in the business of inviting friends to be part of this great fellowship at Fee Fee Baptist Church! If cost is the only reason you don’t attend, please see me.
