    Ministry Opportunity: Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels needs volunteers willing to pick up bread from St. Louis Bread Co. every Saturday night and bring to church on that Sunday morning. We provide this bread on Sunday mornings in the Café Annex for those who need it. We also include bread and desserts each week with those signed up for Meals on Wheels. So, this is an important service for us. Please let Donna Potts know if you feel led to serve in this ministry.

    Church Workday

It’s that time of year again when flowers begin to peek out of the dirt after their long sleep, trees sway in the wind waking up their roots, and the grays and browns of winter turn into little green beginnings of leaves or buds of color. The amazing gift of creation of nature is not only for us to enjoy but to offer a pretty setting for the church experience of others.

If you would like to get your hands in a little dirt to plant some flowers, do some digging, or other tasks needed, please join us on Saturday, April 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the church courtyard. Bring your garden gloves, your favorite garden tools (shovels and rakes could be handy), and we’ll have donuts to start our time together. Water will be provided, too.

    Backpack Ministry

One of the more rewarding ministries at Fee Fee Baptist Church is our Backpack Ministry. This ministry provides a bag of easy-prep foods for school-aged children (K-12) in our school district. We want to make it as easy as possible for these kids to eat a nutritious and filling meal when they aren’t at school. But we can’t do this without you, Church! We need donations of chewy granola bars (no whole nuts), snack crackers, mac & cheese, fruit cups, applesauce cups, canned pasta, rice cups, single-serve snacks/meals, and other easy-prep meals. You may leave these items in the Donation Center in the “Backpack Ministry” slot. Alternatively, you can have these items shipped from any big box store to the church:

    Fee Fee Baptist Church

    C/O CHURCH OFFICE

    11330 St. Charles Rock Road

    Bridgeton, MO 63044

Thank you so much for your giving hearts!
